Sikdar Aminul Haq
Sikdar Aminul Haq, also spelled as Sikder Aminul Haque (6 December 1942 - 17 May 2003 ) is a Bangladeshi poet and author of 18 books of poetry. He is a recipient of Bangla Academy Award, 1994 for poetry.[1] It is said that his book Satata Danar Manush brought him into the limelight. Sikdar was a stylist in his livelihood as well as presenting his poems. His is a unique style and language of his poetry.
Haq is considered the pioneer poet of 60's in Bangladesh. Sikdar is popular for the usage of wonderful and ultra new imagery in his poems.[2][3]
